Philanthropy began when she was 14 years, while
studying at Nazareth Academy, Gaya, Bihar. Often she was asked where she had done her MSW from and her answer would be- “I always wonder,, does one really need any degree or qualification for social work? It comes from the heart.” While in school she would give tuition classes. Consequently giving vocational training to under-privileged boys and girls, in housekeeping, languages, basics of computers, socks-knitting etc.
Sandhya, conducted workshops for motivating women in rural India, especially the handicapped, training & creating job opportunities for them. She has worked for the leper colonies helping them get medication and making them self-reliant through candle making. She created an awareness about health and hygiene in the leper colonies effectively re-enforcing the words -"Who says that Leprosy cannot be fought, it can be totally be cured.....”

Professor MS. Atma Prasad, PhD,has worked as a college teacher and an administrator in Magadh University , Bodh Gaya (posted at patna) and BRA Bihar University , Muzaffarpur (posted at Motihari & Hazipur as a principal 1996-2005) for over three decades, has produced a no of PhD students, published and edited books (unpublished ), has written about 40 research papers in national and international journals.
In addition, she has been a media person (AIR & DOORDARSHAN ) and was recognized and awarded “Distinguished Leader ship award”(1993-94), “Women of the year”(1994-95) award by American Biographical Institute , USA and other various awards by different national organization.

Dr. Mani Bhushan Prasad, PhD. Former professor of social Psychology at A.N sinha institute of social studies , Patna and Former director , R.S.M.T., Varanasi has worked at different University , such Patna university, City university of New York, USA, and the Manchester University. Manchester , UK . A researcher and a management trainer, he is a presently a practicing psychologist. He had a distinguished an rare opportunity of working with Late Professor Carl Rogers, the Distinguished American psychologist during 1980-81 as a Fulbright Scholar at the center for the studies of the person, La Jolla , California. He has also worked as a visiting co- therapist at payne Whitney Psychiatric Center, New York Hospital , NY (CORNELL UNIVERSITY) with professor Salomon Rettig ( CUNY , New York ) (1980-81).A consultant to a number of organizations including NTPC , Corporate Office , ND an Administrative staff college of India, Hyderabad. Prof. Lakshmi Padmanabhan is a Mumbai based academic and writer. She did her post graduation in English Language and Literature from Kerala and later acquired M.Phil, D.H.E. (Diploma in Higher Education), Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and Certificate in Political Governance from Mumbai.
Her work as an English teacher straddles 4 universities in three states of India – Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. She has been fortunate enough to have served in prestigious institutions like Mercy college(Kerala),
